On "Proving the ROI of Agentic Marketing"

This is directionally right but misses what actually matters for agentic systems. Time savings is the easy sell to executives; what you're really after is decision velocity and quality at scale—agents that run campaigns, adjust bids, test creatives while you sleep and catch problems you'd miss under the old workflow. The hard part isn't proving you saved a marketer forty hours; it's showing that agentic systems made better decisions in those hours than humans would have made, and that your margins improved because of it. If you're still framing this as "freed-up time," you're selling the wrong value prop and leaving money on the table.
