Kuhns managing 10+ channels for arts orgs means he's drowning in noise—the real value isn't Buffer's scheduling, it's that Insights gives him permission to trust taste over gut. For anyone running social at scale across niche audiences, that's the play: the tool that surfaces data cleanly enough that you can actually make a call, not the one that automates the thinking away. If your platform's selling you more buttons when you need more signal, you're using the wrong one.
